Meet Dr. Elvis Epps!

Dr. Elvis Epps is a leader who knows how to get results!  He is passionate about serving and coaching others to live a more productive and purposeful life.  Whether delivering a keynote speech, sermon, or seminar, you can count on Dr. Epps to provide valuable, motivating, inspiring, and encouraging information.

His education includes a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of     Central Florida, Orlando, Florida, and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. He has served as Principal, Assistant Principal, District Leadership, and teacher for over 30 years in Florida.  He retired in 2022 as a high school principal in the School District of Palm Beach, Florida. He also recently released his new book “New Principal, No Problem: How to Lead a Winning Culture Without Losing Your Mind.”

Dr. Epps boasts an impressive professional profile, with notable appearances on Oprah’s XM Radio Network, where he delved into critical topics such as Bully Prevention, Establishing Safe Schools by Improving the Culture and Climate, Best Practices for Handling Mean Girls, and the Art of Maintaining a Blissful Home. His expertise extends beyond radio, and he served as a distinguished guest on “Meet the Peetes,” a program hosted by celebrities Holly Robinson Peete and her husband, Rodney Peete. Dr. Epps holds the prestigious title of Certified Leadership Coach by the John C. Maxwell Company. He also holds a State of Florida School Leadership (K-12) Certification. Dr. Epps has served in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves for 12 years. His specialty was Financial and Inventory Management, Division Leading Petty Officer for training, government reports, direct reports supervision, and evaluation.

He has also presented at two international conferences on leadership, culture, and climate.
