Lunch & Learns

Lunch and Learn virtual DEI workshops

60-minute Lunch and Learn sessions led by subject matter experts for concise learnings and high engagement.

Content is adapted to an introductory, intermediate, or advanced audience to meet your team where they are to support their growth. We have a number of topics to support your organization’s ongoing learning and development solution and DEIBA journey. Our team can work with you to curate a unique curriculum or you can choose from one of our thoughtfully designed Lunch and Learn programs. To create inclusive and accessible programming, sessions include a complimentary recording of the session, learning assessment, and lesson plan to share with the team for continued conversation.

As workplaces evolve, so do conversations. Our speakers are experienced facilitators, supporting inclusive conversations and difficult topics to call people in, not out.

We prioritize diversity in our speaking partner community and consider demographic markers such as gender, ethnicity, race, ability/disability, and more in developing curriculum.

Our workshop learning and development solutions are created to go beyond the traditional, standalone-training model and become a transformational and instructive tool in your ongoing strategy. This isn’t your average PowerPoint presentation with limited engagement. These are tactical, participation-heavy conversations that encourage stretching of personal boundaries and workplace commitment to change as a cohesive unit. Facilitated Conversations & Healing Roundtables

In response to critical world events, The Rise Journey hosts Facilitated Conversations and Healing Roundtables. These are intentional spaces that allows employees to process their feelings and gain support from one another in a guided environment facilitated by a trained practitioner. The objective is to support the emotional, social and mental wellbeing of employees while also providing relief to HR professionals who may also be impacted by the news and are experiencing overwhelm.
