Instead of trying to change everyone to think the same way, this session invites participants to see the value in strengths-based leadership and “putting aces in their places” and aligning everyone’s work to their skillsets. We explore six aspects of emotional intelligence and deepen understanding of how to best support leaders, peers, and direct reports.
